  This place is horrible. So overly priced it’s ridiculous. The flowers are old and more brown then the actual colour. Your better off going to Watergardens it’s cheaper and way better arrangements and quality. The customer arrive - well I would not call it customer service!

  Lovely owners and great service. Have been going for years now. Had my wedding in Nov and flowers done by Zana. She did an amazing job! Thanks heaps

  I'm a regular at this place always buying for occasions the lady has always been standoffish but this one time left me feeling so bad that i felt necessary to share my experience. I was going to buy a flower but i mentioned to the young worker i would take a pic to show my boyfriend to see if he liked it for his mother. The worker was like ok and had no problem with it.. next minute an older worker with glasses turns around and in the rudest most disrespectful and obnoxious manner says "excuse me you have to tell me before you take a pic" i looked at her and said i already mentioned it to the young girl.. so she looks at her to see if I'm telling the truth. And the young girl supported the fact i did infact ask. She didn't even apologize for being so bloody rude. I have managed in retail before and i can tell you her tone and mannerisms are completely unacceptable!! . I walked out and drove up the road to the one on the corner of Kings Road & Taylor’s Road at Delahey IGA. Don't Support RUDE customer service. You've lost a regular customer due to your rudeness and I'll be telling all my family and friends never to go buy from there again!! No wonder your reviews are horrible.

  I just called this business to deliver flowers for Mother's Day and the lady told me no it's better I deliver them the day before.... Um no! I'm the customer, I want to buy a Mother's Day gift and I want it delivered on Mothers Day....

  An arrangement of flowers for my birthday that had been ordered days previously, and two phone calls on the day to confirm pick up, were not ready as arranged. A hurried 5 minute job and there it was. All the roses were brown and almost dead within two days. Called back, and a lecture on how it wasn't their fault etc etc when a simple apology, and oh gee we will replace them would have sufficed. Went for replacement roses.An uncomfortable experience handing back the dead ones and getting replacements as I was lectured yet again. Was glad to get out of there. You just lost a local customer!

  Actually go to the one on the corner of Kings Road & Taylor’s Road at Delahey IGA so so cheap and heaps more better!
